Ticketing & Refund Policy

This page outlines our Ticketing & Refund Policy for Caribbean Theme Party events.

All tickets for Caribbean Theme Party events are sold securely through our official ticketing partner, Eventbrite. When purchasing a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email directly from Eventbrite containing your e-ticket and event details.

Please ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct, as this is where your ticket confirmation will be sent.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific event listing on Eventbrite. Each event may have its own refund deadline and terms, which will be clearly stated on the ticket page before purchase.

If refunds are enabled for your event, requests must be submitted directly through your Eventbrite account before the stated refund deadline.

  • Refund requests must be made before the advertised cut-off date.
  • Service fees charged by Eventbrite may be non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued after the event has taken place.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not yet received it, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your card provider, as processing times may vary.
  • Allow several working days for the refund to appear.

If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us at info@caribbeanthemeparty.com and include your Eventbrite order number.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another guest (subject to Eventbrite’s transfer functionality). The new attendee must present the valid ticket QR code upon entry.

Caribbean Theme Party is not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial third-party resellers.

Event Changes or Cancellations

In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled or rescheduled, all ticket holders will be notified via the email address used at purchase.

If an event is cancelled, a full refund (excluding non-refundable processing fees where applicable) will be issued automatically through Eventbrite.

Entry Requirements
  • Valid e-ticket with scannable QR code required for entry.
  • Government-issued ID may be required for age-restricted events.
  • Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with the event terms and conditions stated on the official Eventbrite listing. Caribbean Theme Party reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event details, venues, timings, or line-ups where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
